Pepparkaksbollar<\/a>, pepparkakspl\u00e4ttar<\/a>, pepparkakssnurror med cheesecakefyllning<\/a> och nu… pepparkakschiapudding!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Jag vet, f\u00e5r hon aldrig nog?! Men om man som jag \u00e4r en person som inte gillar saffran, d\u00e5 f\u00e5r man g\u00e5 all in p\u00e5 pepparkakssmakerna<\/strong> i december! Och efter skapandet av min spirulinasmoothie med vanilj och kokos-chiapudding<\/a>\u00a0kom alla m\u00f6jliga id\u00e9er p\u00e5 ”varvade” desserter upp i huvudet. Delvis f\u00f6r att det \u00e4r snyggt<\/strong>, och ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6r att man d\u00e5 automatiskt f\u00e5r lite av allt i varje tugga.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Som i det h\u00e4r receptet, kr\u00e4mig och kryddig chiapudding<\/strong>, s\u00f6t men \u00e4nd\u00e5 lite syrlig lingonsylt<\/strong>, och s\u00e5 krispiga, karamelliga n\u00f6tter<\/strong> p\u00e5 det. Jag \u00e4lskar ju textur,<\/strong> och det f\u00e5r man massa av i den h\u00e4r efterr\u00e4tten!<\/p>\n

F\u00f6r att vara efterr\u00e4tt \u00e4r den dock inte supers\u00f6t<\/strong>, s\u00e5 k\u00e4nns den f\u00f6r vardaglig f\u00f6r dina smakl\u00f6kar \u00e4r det bara att \u00f6ka m\u00e4ngden s\u00f6tning. P\u00e5 samma s\u00e4tt kan du enkelt skippa s\u00f6tningen<\/strong> i chiapuddingen och n\u00f6tterna om du t.ex. vill \u00e4ta den till frukost \/ h\u00e5lla nere kolhydraterna – som vanligt vill jag att mina recept ska g\u00e5 enkelt att anpassa efter era behov!<\/p>\n
