Men n\u00e4r jag fick ansvar f\u00f6r att planera en ”Melbourne-brunch<\/strong>” till min systers m\u00f6hippa (d\u00e4r platser hon bott p\u00e5 utgjorde temat), s\u00e5 hamnade utseendet helt pl\u00f6tsligt h\u00f6gt upp p\u00e5 listan. Och i Melbourne beh\u00f6ver man inte leta l\u00e4nge f\u00f6r att hitta restauranger som serverar r\u00e4tter som \u00e4r vackra, smakar gott, och vars namn l\u00e5ter extremt\u00a0inbjudande.<\/p>\n

N\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller den h\u00e4r smoothie-chiapuddingen s\u00e5 \u00e4r det inte som att jag helt skippat t\u00e4nket med n\u00e4ringsinneh\u00e5ll (det sitter nog lite i ryggm\u00e4rgen p\u00e5 mig), men jag kanske egentligen rekommenderar n\u00e5gon av mina andra smoothiebowls<\/a>, eller andra frukost-recept<\/a>, som en daglig frukost<\/strong>. Men helt \u00e4rligt – den \u00e4r kanske inte t\u00e4nkt som en vardagsfrukost \u00e4nd\u00e5 (vem orkar l\u00e4gga lager p\u00e5 lager en tr\u00f6tt tisdag?!). D\u00e4remot – som en del av din f\u00f6delsedagsbrunch<\/strong>, eller kanske som en nyttigare dessert <\/strong>\u00a0att bjuda p\u00e5? Go for it!<\/p>\n

Lager p\u00e5 lager-principen g\u00f6r den dessutom perfekt att ta med sig<\/strong> (t.ex. i valfri glasburk med lock) – kanske \u00e4r det du som frestar de andra med ditt nyttiga, snygga mellanm\u00e5l n\u00e4sta fredagsfika?!<\/p>\n

Enkel att variera<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e4r den ocks\u00e5, s\u00e5 har du inte alla ingredienser – bara skrolla ned till ”Andra varianter<\/strong>” s\u00e5 hittar du hur du g\u00f6r den h\u00e4r (frukosten? efterr\u00e4tten?) till DIN!<\/p>\n
