D\u00e4rf\u00f6r \u00e4r detta recept b\u00e5de anpassat f\u00f6r att inneh\u00e5lla minimalt med kolhydrater, vara AIP<\/a>-v\u00e4nligt, funka f\u00f6r alla med histaminintolerans<\/a> OCH vara l\u00e5gt p\u00e5 fodmaps<\/a> (bra f\u00f6r alla IBS:are). Men det gick ju det med!<\/p>\n

En del \u00e4ter ingen s\u00f6tning alls p\u00e5 keto<\/a>, andra \u00e4r okej s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge ett recept inneh\u00e5ller mindre \u00e4n 10 g kolhydrater\/portion. S\u00e5 huruvida det h\u00e4r receptet \u00e4r keto\u00a0eller inte kan du sj\u00e4lv f\u00e5 avg\u00f6ra \u2013 dels genom hur m\u00e5nga bitar du \u00e4ter, men det g\u00e5r ocks\u00e5 bra att skippa l\u00f6nnsirap (framf\u00f6rallt om du \u00e4r van vid att det du \u00e4ter inte m\u00e5ste smaka v\u00e4ldigt s\u00f6tt).
