Tonfiskr\u00f6ra kan ju vara n\u00e5got utav den enklaste, mest snabblagade maten, eller hur?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sj\u00e4lv sn\u00f6ade jag in p\u00e5 just tonfiskr\u00f6ra f\u00f6r kanske 10 \u00e5r sedan, men efter lite f\u00f6r m\u00e5nga middagar som mest smakade fisk, dijonsenap, cr\u00e9me fraich\u00e9 och l\u00f6k, fick jag n\u00e5gon slags aversion mot r\u00e4tten<\/strong> och kunde inte \u00e4ta den p\u00e5 flera \u00e5r.<\/p>\n

Det h\u00e4r har h\u00e4nt mig flera g\u00e5nger, och handlar oftast om n\u00e5got jag tidigare haft sv\u00e5rt f\u00f6r men precis l\u00e4rt mig gilla (i det h\u00e4r fallet tonfisk), som jag \u00e4ter lite f\u00f6r ofta<\/strong> tills jag en dag inser att jag nog inte tycker det \u00e4r s\u00e5 himla gott trots allt, och tappar suget helt. Det kan ju ocks\u00e5 ha varit den d\u00e4r v\u00e4xande smaken av cr\u00e9me fraiche ihop med dijonsenap – ganska distinkta smaker som l\u00e4tt kan leda till illam\u00e5ende. Eller \u00e4r det bara jag?<\/em>\u00a0Har n\u00e4mligen gjort samma grej med makrill i tomats\u00e5s, jordn\u00f6tssm\u00f6r och en fiskgryta med r\u00f6d curry. Hm…<\/p>\n

Att testa igen har inte varit lockande d\u00e5 det h\u00e4r f\u00f6r mig \u00e4r problemet med m\u00e5nga recept p\u00e5 tonfiskr\u00f6ror – k\u00e4nslan av hur det v\u00e4xer i munnen<\/strong>. Tonfisk \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt proteinrikt och m\u00e4ttande, men kan ocks\u00e5 bli r\u00e4tt enformigt och l\u00e4tt att tr\u00f6ttna p\u00e5 om det inte f\u00e5r s\u00e4llskap av m\u00e5nga andra smaker.<\/p>\n

MEN. N\u00e4r jag helt pl\u00f6tsligt b\u00f6rjade hitta MSC-m\u00e4rkt tonfisk<\/a> i butikerna (tidigare har det varit sv\u00e5rt att f\u00e5 tag i milj\u00f6m\u00e4rkt tonfisk p\u00e5 burk) s\u00e5 best\u00e4mde jag mig f\u00f6r att ta makten \u00f6ver tonfiskr\u00f6ran igen!<\/strong>\u00a0Denna g\u00e5ngen t\u00e4nkte jag dock inte g\u00f6ra samma misstag som sist, utan ville f\u00e5 ihop en tonfisksallad som k\u00e4ndes fr\u00e4sch och rolig,<\/strong> med lite andra smaker som balanserar upp tonfisken (och senapen). Dessutom ville jag s\u00e5klart – som alltid – att den skulle vara sn\u00e4ll mot magen<\/strong>, ha en bra balans mellan kolhydrater, fett och protein<\/strong>, och vara m\u00e4ttande,<\/strong> fast utan att v\u00e4xa i munnen.<\/p>\n

S\u00e5 h\u00e4r har ni den – tonfiskr\u00f6ran 2.0!<\/strong> Med massa textur i form av flera olika krispiga gr\u00f6nsaker<\/strong> (som g\u00f6r att du faktiskt tuggar r\u00f6ran ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att sleva i dig den p\u00e5 n\u00e5gra minuter), och lagom mycket kr\u00e4mighet fr\u00e5n flera k\u00e4llor (mayo, \u00e4gg, avokado). Kanske blir den h\u00e4r tonfiskr\u00f6ran en ny favorit \u00e4ven hos dig?<\/p>\n
