Att ha sallad p\u00e5 julbordet kanske k\u00e4nns lite f\u00f6r\u00a0<\/em>modernt, men jag kan lova att det \u00e4r r\u00e4ddningen som bryter av mot allt det d\u00e4r tunga, bruna!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Jag har gjort den h\u00e4r salladen p\u00e5 jul n\u00e5gra \u00e5r nu, och den har uppskattats av alla familjemedlemmar. Det m\u00e5ste kanske inte handla om att du ska ta bort eller undvika massa saker p\u00e5 julbordet – vi \u00e4ter ju trots allt de d\u00e4r grejerna v\u00e4ldigt s\u00e4llan, s\u00e5 om du njuter utav dem – k\u00f6r p\u00e5 tycker jag! Men om vi adderar n\u00e5got som faktiskt ger lite mer n\u00e4ring<\/strong> vid sidan, s\u00e5 kanske vi 1. \u00e4ter lite mindre av det andra (sallad tar stor plats p\u00e5 tallriken ni vet…) och 2 . balanserar upp lite b\u00e4ttre.<\/p>\n

F\u00f6r n\u00e5got som m\u00e5nga inte t\u00e4nker p\u00e5 \u00e4r att socker faktiskt, precis som stress, urlakar kroppen p\u00e5 flera vitaminer och mineraler<\/strong>. S\u00e5 n\u00e4r vi \u00e4ter mycket socker (julmaten inneh\u00e5ller ju ofta en hel del socker, f\u00f6r att inte tala om efterr\u00e4tterna och allt julgodis) s\u00e5 beh\u00f6ver vi faktiskt, egentligen, fylla p\u00e5 med extra mycket<\/strong> n\u00e4ringsrik mat!<\/p>\n

Den h\u00e4r salladen \u00e4r fylld med juliga smaker, som\u00a0b\u00e5de passar bra och ser vackra ut p\u00e5 julbordet,\u00a0<\/strong>men den funkar s\u00e5klart \u00e5ret runt<\/strong> och som tillbeh\u00f6r till k\u00f6tt, fisk, kyckling, veg – you name it!<\/p>\n

P\u00e5 tal om det – s\u00e5 \u00e4r den ju faktiskt ”fri fr\u00e5n”<\/strong> det mesta – gluten, mejerier, socker, tillsatser, andra spannm\u00e5l, soja, och \u00e4r vegetarisk (vegansk om du skippar honungen). S\u00e5 kanske finns det i \u00e5r i alla fall EN r\u00e4tt som hela sl\u00e4kten kan samlas kring, trots allas moderna preferenser?<\/p>\n
