Jag sj\u00e4lv har aldrig fattat grejen med nutella p\u00e5 macka (tack mamma f\u00f6r att det aldrig fanns hemma, s\u00e5 att jag slipper den cravingsen nu i vuxen \u00e5lder!), men nutella p\u00e5 pannkakor d\u00e4remot<\/strong>\u2026 Speciellt kombon pannkaka, nutella, banan (och kanske lite kokosgr\u00e4dde) \u2013 mums!<\/p>\n

Och \u00e4ven om det h\u00e4r receptet p\u00e5 nutella \u00e4r n\u00e5got som jag ser som ett undantag, till f\u00f6delsedagsfrukostar eller f\u00f6r en lyxig helgbrunch, s\u00e5 \u00e4r det fortfarande ett bra mycket mer n\u00e4ringsrikt undantag<\/strong> \u00e4n den klassiska nutellan!\u00a0Men varf\u00f6r g\u00f6ra sig besv\u00e4ret att g\u00f6ra sin egna nutella, n\u00e4r man kan k\u00f6pa f\u00e4rdig?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Jag f\u00f6redrar att slippa palmolja, skummj\u00f6lkspulver och emulgeringsmedel<\/strong>, anv\u00e4nder hellre en liten m\u00e4ngd kokossocker j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med vitt raffinerat socker som huvudingrediens<\/strong>, och tycker att riktig kakao<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e4r bra mycket godare \u00e4n den\u00a0fettreducerade<\/strong>\u00a0varianten… Dessutom \u00e4r min sambo allergisk mot hasseln\u00f6tter (vanlig korsallergi med pollen), s\u00e5 jag baserar min variant p\u00e5 mandlar ist\u00e4llet. Och det \u00e4r faktiskt inget j\u00e4ttebesv\u00e4r att g\u00f6ra egen – det h\u00e4r receptet \u00e4r b\u00e5de enkelt och snabbt!<\/strong><\/p>\n
