I del ett om fett (rim!) b\u00f6rjar vi med \u201dthe basics\u201d<\/strong>. Vad \u00e4r<\/strong> egentligen fett, var lagras<\/strong> det i kroppen, och varf\u00f6r har m\u00e4n och kvinnor s\u00e5 olika<\/strong> fettprocen<\/strong>t? Hur bryts fettet<\/strong> ned i mag-och tarmsystemet, vad beh\u00f6vs f\u00f6r att det ska tas upp<\/strong>, och varf\u00f6r beh\u00f6ver kroppen<\/strong> ens fett?<\/p>\n

Vi pratar ocks\u00e5 om kolesterol<\/strong> och skillnaden mellan de olika typerna (VLDL, LDL och HDL), kopplingen mellan kolesterol och hj\u00e4rt- och k\u00e4rlproblem<\/strong>, och hur v\u00e5r kost<\/strong> p\u00e5verkar vilken m\u00e4ngd och typ av kolesterol vi har i kroppen (f\u00f6r kanske \u00e4r det s\u00e5 att pastan faktiskt \u00e4r s\u00e4mre f\u00f6r kolesterolet \u00e4n vad \u00e4gg \u00e4r\u2026Kanske?)<\/p>\n

Vi g\u00e5r s\u00e5klart ocks\u00e5 in p\u00e5 de olika sorterna av fett \u2013 m\u00e4ttat, enkelom\u00e4ttat och flerom\u00e4ttat<\/strong> (och transfetter!) och i vilken mat du hittar varje sort.<\/p>\n

Slutligen tar vi upp missuppfattningarna kring m\u00e4ttat fett<\/strong>, och vad dagens traditionella kostr\u00e5d<\/strong> kring fett orsakat f\u00f6r problem<\/strong>. F\u00f6r det finns ju faktiskt olika typer av m\u00e4ttat fett (vad \u00e4r det t.ex. f\u00f6r skillnad p\u00e5 kokosolja och MCT-olja?<\/strong>), och t\u00e4nk om det faktiskt inte \u00e4r s\u00e5 enkelt som att art\u00e4rerna stoppas upp n\u00e4r vi \u00e4ter en stor klump sm\u00f6r\u2026?<\/strong><\/p>\n
