Sommaren \u00e4r h\u00e4r och med den alla h\u00e4rliga fester och ofta \u00e4ven buff\u00e9er! Examensfiranden, midsommar, f\u00f6delsedagar, br\u00f6llopss\u00e4song m.m.<\/strong> Nyligen publicerade jag ett recept p\u00e5 mina minipaprikor med kr\u00e4mig kycklingr\u00f6ra<\/a>\u00a0– ett perfekt s\u00e4tt att f\u00e5 in b\u00e5de mer gr\u00f6nsaker och protein p\u00e5 buff\u00e9n!<\/p>\n

H\u00e4r kommer \u00e4nnu en gr\u00f6nsaksboost<\/strong> – som dessutom b\u00f6r passa de flesta i s\u00e4llskapet, oavsett preferenser eller allergier (vegetariskt, gluten- mejeri- och sockerfri, utan n\u00f6tter o.s.v.).<\/p>\n

Jag tycker framf\u00f6rallt att den h\u00e4r salladen \u00e4r ett v\u00e4lkommet inslag p\u00e5 den klassiska midsommarbuff\u00e9n<\/strong>, d\u00e4r det brukar vara lite sn\u00e5lt med gr\u00f6nsaker! S\u00e5 om det k\u00e4nns f\u00f6\u00f6\u00f6\u00f6r bananaz att byta ut\/g\u00f6ra om en r\u00e4tt p\u00e5 midsommar, kanske kan du d\u00e5 bara l\u00e4gga till en STOR somrig sallad?<\/p>\n

Jag sj\u00e4lv gjorde den h\u00e4r salladen som ett komplement till lillasyrrans studentbuff\u00e9 f\u00f6rra \u00e5ret, och den tog slut p\u00e5 nolltid.\u00a0Du kan ju sj\u00e4lvklart ha i vad du vill (jag freestylade ihop denna baserat p\u00e5 vad som fanns hemma), men knepet f\u00f6r en bra sallad \u00e4r \u00e4nd\u00e5 att ha en liten tanke bakom vad som passar ihop<\/strong>! T.ex. s\u00e5 brukar jag f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka att inte blanda rotfrukter och frukt i en sallad (inte bara f\u00f6r att den kombon kan orsaka\u00a0svullen mage, utan f\u00f6r att det blir tv\u00e5 sorters ”s\u00f6tt” som jag inte alltid tycker g\u00e5r ihop). Fundera lite \u00f6ver konsistenser och smaker – n\u00e5t kr\u00e4migt, s\u00f6tt, salt, syrligt, crunchy, beskt<\/strong> o.s.v., s\u00e5 brukar man kunna f\u00e5 ihop en bra kombo! Se \u00e4ven ”Andra f\u00f6rslag<\/em>” l\u00e4ngst ned i detta inl\u00e4gg.<\/p>\n
