Vad \u00e4r jag f\u00f6r gl\u00e4djed\u00f6dare, som vill prata lite om socker just n\u00e4r sommaren \u00e4ntligen b\u00f6rjar visa sig och det enda vi vill \u00e4r att \u00e4ta glass, s\u00f6rpla vin och planera midsommart\u00e5rtan?!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Och \u00e5rets f\u00f6rsta glass \u00e4r v\u00e4l en grej… Men att konstant h\u00f6ja blodsockret till skyarna \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt farligt<\/strong>, och n\u00e5got vi i v\u00e5rt vardagsliv b\u00f6r undvika f\u00f6r att minska risken f\u00f6r t.ex. diabetes typ 2 och hj\u00e4rt-och k\u00e4rlsjukdomar. Jag brukar ocks\u00e5 t\u00e4nka att ju mer stabilt blodsocker vi har i v\u00e5rt vanliga liv, desto mer utrymme har vi f\u00f6r de g\u00e5nger vi eventuellt vill sv\u00e4va ut – att ibland g\u00f6ra medvetna undantag\/avsteg fr\u00e5n hur vi brukar ha det majoriteten av tiden. Men om v\u00e5rt blodsocker dagligen \u00e5ker upp och ner i en svindlande berg- och dalbana… D\u00e5 blir den d\u00e4r glassen snarare det som f\u00e5r b\u00e4garen att till slut rinna \u00f6ver…<\/p>\n

Att vi g\u00f6r b\u00e4st i att ha ett l\u00e5gt intag av socker och snabba kolhydrater vet vi alla innerst inne<\/strong>, och det har ni nog redan h\u00f6rt mig prata om sis\u00e5d\u00e4r 678267823 g\u00e5nger.
