Kr\u00e4mig, kokosdoftande risgrynsgr\u00f6t med en skv\u00e4tt honung och kanske lite kanel\u2026 S\u00e5 gott till jul, eller kanske efter ett h\u00e5rt tr\u00e4ningspass?<\/strong><\/p>\n

First thing first: normalt sett f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker jag att inte \u00e4ta s\u00e5 mycket ris<\/strong>. Inte bara f\u00f6r att jag inte ens tycker om ris speciellt mycket (ris har liksom aldrig haft n\u00e5got syfte f\u00f6r mig, vilket kanske provocerar ris\u00e4lskare d\u00e4r ute s\u00e5 jag l\u00e4gger ner det argumentet\u2026). Men jag undviker ju ocks\u00e5 oftast snabba kolhydrater, mest f\u00f6r att jag vill ha ett h\u00e4lsosamt, icke-pendlande\u00a0blodsocker.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Efter ganska m\u00e5nga \u00e5r med f\u00e4rre kolhydrater, och mer \u201dstabila\u201d s\u00e5dana i form av frukt, rotfrukter och s\u00f6tpotatis, s\u00e5 kan jag verkligen m\u00e4rka att jag inte m\u00e5r bra av f\u00f6r mycket snabba kolhydrater<\/strong>. S\u00f6tsuget kickar in direkt, och jag kan n\u00e4stan k\u00e4nna mig \u201dfull\u201d, yrslig, magen p\u00e5verkas o.s.v. S\u00e4llan v\u00e4rt det, och jag vet att m\u00e5nga d\u00e4rute k\u00e4nner igen sig i det h\u00e4r.<\/p>\n

Med det sagt \u2013 jag kan tycka att ris kan ha en plats i vissa personers<\/strong> kost. OM man t.ex. tr\u00e4nar v\u00e4ldigt mycket, och har sv\u00e5rt att f\u00e5 i sig nog med kolhydrater f\u00f6r att kunna prestera p\u00e5 den niv\u00e5 man beh\u00f6ver (t.ex. en v\u00e4ldigt aktiv CrossFit-atlet). D\u00e5 kan ris ibland vara ett bra alternativ, eftersom det ju \u00e4r naturligt glutenfritt och mycket sn\u00e4llare mot kroppen \u00e4n m\u00e5nga andra spannm\u00e5l. Kanske \u00e4r risgrynsgr\u00f6t d\u00e5 ett bra refill-m\u00e5l? Men var bara uppm\u00e4rksam (som vanligt) p\u00e5 din reaktion –<\/strong>\u00a0hur p\u00e5verkas ditt blodsocker, din magh\u00e4lsa, och din energiniv\u00e5 n\u00e4r DU \u00e4ter ris?<\/p>\n

Jag kan \u00e4ta en riskaka d\u00e5 och d\u00e5 (notera, en\u2026<\/em>) och jag tycker att risgrynsgr\u00f6t \u00e4r supergott! Men om jag nu v\u00e4ljer att \u00e4ta ris, d.v.s. mer snabba kolhydrater \u00e4n vanligt\u2026 V\u00e4ljer jag d\u00e5 att dessutom \u00e4ta massa<\/strong> extra socker, och mj\u00f6lk<\/strong>? V\u00e4ljer jag det jag f\u00e5r i den klassiska, f\u00e4rdiga risgrynsgr\u00f6t-rullen<\/a>? Nej. <\/strong>Jag v\u00e4ljer \u2013 s\u00e5klart \u2013 mycket hellre min egen risgrynsgr\u00f6t, lagad med kokosmj\u00f6lk och ev. lite honung vid sidan, d.v.s. mycket mer n\u00e4ringsrik, och sn\u00e4llare mot min kropp i \u00f6vrigt!<\/p>\n
