Tv\u00e4rtemot fisk, s\u00e5 \u00e4r n\u00f6tk\u00f6tt det protein som mest s\u00e4llan \u00e5terfinns i mina lunchbowls<\/strong>. Jag tycker n\u00e4mligen att n\u00f6tk\u00f6tt \u00e4r det absolut l\u00e4ttaste proteinet att laga middagar p\u00e5, i form av ”hela r\u00e4tter” (k\u00f6ttbullar, biffar, tacos, grytor m.m.). Jag \u00e4ter oftast middag med n\u00f6tk\u00f6tt n\u00e5gra g\u00e5nger i veckan (som regel h\u00e4r hemma lagar vi middag f\u00f6r 3 dagar \u00e5t g\u00e5ngen), s\u00e5 d\u00e4rf\u00f6r f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker jag f\u00e5 in andra proteink\u00e4llor till luncherna. Men, ibland dyker det upp lite n\u00f6tk\u00f6tt i luncherna med, s\u00e5klart!<\/p>\n

\u00c4ven om jag pratar om de olika animaliska proteink\u00e4llorna som just k\u00e4llor till protein, <\/em>s\u00e5 \u00e4r de ju ocks\u00e5 k\u00e4llor till s\u00e5 mycket annat. Vi kan hitta de flesta vitaminer och mineraler<\/strong> i dessa livsmedel, och m\u00e5nga g\u00e5nger \u00e4r det v\u00e5ra b\u00e4sta (ibland enda!) k\u00e4llor till vissa mineraler framf\u00f6rallt. Att variera sina proteink\u00e4llor \u00e4r d\u00e4rf\u00f6r ett bra s\u00e4tt att f\u00e5 in alla n\u00e4rings\u00e4mnen, s\u00e5 att du, \u00f6ver en m\u00e5nad\/vecka, f\u00e5tt i dig blandade k\u00e4llor. Bra f\u00f6r kroppen, milj\u00f6n, och smakl\u00f6karna!<\/p>\n
