Den h\u00e4r thai-dressingen \u00e4r en s\u00e5s f\u00f6r alla er som har en f\u00f6rk\u00e4rlek till asiatisk mat<\/strong>, och som s\u00f6rjer uteslutandet av jordn\u00f6tter<\/a> (och d\u00e4rmed jordn\u00f6tss\u00e5s).<\/p>\n

Bli inte avskr\u00e4ckta av den l\u00e5nga ingredienslistan bara<\/strong>! Det \u00e4r helt enkelt f\u00f6r att det beh\u00f6vs en hel del fler smaker n\u00e4r man ska ers\u00e4tta soja, socker (och annat \u201dskr\u00e4p\u201d som brukar vara i de traditionella s\u00e5serna…) med naturlig mat. Om du fram\u00f6ver vill ge dig p\u00e5 att laga en del asiatisk mat med naturliga livsmedel s\u00e5 kan\u00a0sesamolja<\/a>\u00a0och coconut aminos<\/a> (ett substitut till soyas\u00e5s gjort p\u00e5 kokosblommans sav) vara v\u00e4rt att ha i skafferiet. Sesamolja brukar finnas i matbutiken (v\u00e4lj g\u00e4rna ekologisk!), coconut aminos finns att best\u00e4lla p\u00e5 n\u00e4tet, i vissa matbutiker, eller p\u00e5 h\u00e4lsokostbutiker. MEN som beskrivet i receptet, de g\u00e5r ocks\u00e5 att ers\u00e4tta\/uteslutas f\u00f6r den som vill!<\/p>\n

Tanken med det h\u00e4r receptet \u00e4r att du ska v\u00e5ga experimentera lite sj\u00e4lv<\/strong>. En del av att utveckla sina matlagningskunskaper \u00e4r att prova sig fram, smaka av, och hitta vad som passar just DINA smakl\u00f6kar. Beh\u00f6vs det mer lime? Kanske vill du ha mer ingef\u00e4ra i? Var bara f\u00f6rsiktig och ta i lite i taget om du vill l\u00e4gga till extra av n\u00e5got (framf\u00f6rallt chili!). Ett tips n\u00e4r ni smakar av s\u00e5s\u2013 smaka av med<\/strong> n\u00e5got. Doppa t.ex. en broccolibit eller h\u00e4ll p\u00e5 lite s\u00e5s p\u00e5 en sked med mat. Ibland kan en s\u00e5s smaka mycket i sig sj\u00e4lv, men \u201dblekna\u201d lite tillsammans med maten.<\/p>\n

Koriandern smakar mindre n\u00e4r den \u00e4r mixad med andra ingredienser i en s\u00e5s, men \u00e4r du superk\u00e4nslig kan du testa med en mindre m\u00e4ngd och smaka av!\u00a0Ni vet v\u00e4l om att man kan beh\u00f6va smaka p\u00e5 \u201dny\u201d mat mellan 8-20 g\u00e5nger innan man accepterar den?<\/em><\/p>\n
