Men s\u00e5 \u00e4r den ju ocks\u00e5 v\u00e4ldigt s\u00f6t, och med en r\u00e4tt h\u00f6g andel fruktos, s\u00e5 inte s\u00e5 konstigt att den smakar gott\u2026 D\u00e4rf\u00f6r \u00e4r den ocks\u00e5 l\u00e4tt att \u00f6ver\u00e4ta \u2013 mitt b\u00e4sta tips \u00e4r d\u00e4rf\u00f6r att anv\u00e4nda mango i maten<\/strong> snarare \u00e4n som mellanm\u00e5l eller efterr\u00e4tt!<\/p>\n

Mango \u00e4r n\u00e4mligen ett fantastiskt tillbeh\u00f6r till mycket mat, och d\u00e5 \u00e4ter du ocks\u00e5 en mer lagom dos samt h\u00f6jer inte blodsockret lika mycket som om du \u00e5t den f\u00f6r sig sj\u00e4lv. \u00c4nnu mer balanserat (och gott!) blir det om du, som i den h\u00e4r salsan, kombinerar mangon med hetta fr\u00e5n chilin, syrlig lime, salt och smakrik koriander\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n
