Vem beh\u00f6ver vanligt ris n\u00e4r man kan \u00e4ta blomk\u00e5lsris?!<\/strong><\/p>\n

S\u00e5 k\u00e4nner i alla fall jag, men s\u00e5 har jag aldrig riktigt varit ett fan av vanligt ris, s\u00e5 kanske \u00e4r mina \u00e5sikter sv\u00e5ra att lita p\u00e5 f\u00f6r alla er ris-\u00e4lskare\u2026 Men \u2013 f\u00f6r er som tycker att ris fyller en viktig funktion, som tillbeh\u00f6r till grytor, f\u00f6r att neutralisera smaker m.m., s\u00e5 r\u00e5der jag er verkligen till att pr\u00f6va blomk\u00e5lsris!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Testa \u00e4ven om du har sv\u00e5rt f\u00f6r blomk\u00e5lssmaken<\/strong> \u2013 stekt blomk\u00e5l smakar verkligen inte riktigt samma som varken r\u00e5, kokt eller ugnsbakad. Dessutom kan man ju smaks\u00e4tta detta riset p\u00e5 massa olika s\u00e4tt \u2013 se \u201dAndra varianter\u201d<\/em>!<\/p>\n

Lite mer tidskr\u00e4vande<\/strong> \u00e4n vanligt ris dock, det g\u00e5r jag med p\u00e5. Allra snabbast g\u00e5r det att laga om du r\u00e5kar \u00e4ga en blender\/mixer med ett rivblad<\/strong> som tillbeh\u00f6r (ja, vissa av de d\u00e4r 456 olika tillbeh\u00f6ren du fick med n\u00e4r du k\u00f6pte den har faktiskt en r\u00e4tt smart funktion…). Du kan ocks\u00e5 testa att bara mixa r\u00e5 blomk\u00e5l \u2013 det blir inte riktigt lika tunna \u201driskorn\u201d som om du river\/med ett rivblad, men det funkar helt okej! Att k\u00f6ra \u201dold school\u201d-varianten med rivj\u00e4rn g\u00e5r s\u00e5klart bra det med \u2013 kanske blir lite <\/em>st\u00f6kigare i k\u00f6ket, men det positiva \u00e4r att du f\u00e5r lite armtr\u00e4ning p\u00e5 k\u00f6pet!<\/p>\n

Vad \u00e4r d\u00e5 vitsen med att byta ut vanligt ris mot blomk\u00e5lsris?<\/strong> Tja, blomk\u00e5l \u00e4r ju mycket mer n\u00e4ringsrikt,<\/em>\u00a0du slipper antinutrienter<\/em> (som finns i alla spannm\u00e5l, vilket hindrar oss fr\u00e5n att ta upp n\u00e4ring) och snabba kolhydrater<\/em> som h\u00f6jer ditt blodsocker. Ist\u00e4llet f\u00e5r du massa fiber, kalium, vitamin C, K, och flera B-vitaminer<\/em> som t.ex. Folat (bra f\u00f6r alla er gravida d\u00e4r ute!). Blomk\u00e5l inneh\u00e5ller v\u00e4ldigt lite kalorier<\/em> i f\u00f6rh\u00e5llade till hur mycket n\u00e4ring man f\u00e5r, s\u00e5 detta \u00e4r verkligen en gr\u00f6nsak du kan frossa i med gott samvete!<\/p>\n
