Zoodles, boodles, swoodles… Say whaaaat?!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Namn p\u00e5 figurer i ett nytt barnprogram, eller en matr\u00e4tt? Tja, en gr\u00f6nsak och en gr\u00f6nsakssvarv, och s\u00e5 har du b\u00e5de ett nytt alternativ till pasta OCH ett nytt ord.<\/p>\n

N\u00e4r man utesluter pasta<\/strong> beh\u00f6ver man s\u00e5klart alternativ, annars blir det ju tomt p\u00e5 tallriken. Att f\u00e5 n\u00e5got att smaka exakt som pasta kan vara sv\u00e5rt, men hittat man n\u00e5got med liknande konsistens, som kan suga upp s\u00e5s, snurras runt en gaffel, och som passar bra ihop med maten\u2026? Ja, d\u00e5 har vi kommit en bra bit p\u00e5 v\u00e4gen i alla fall!<\/p>\n

Personligen tycker jag att s.k. \u201dgr\u00f6nsakspasta\u201d<\/strong> \u00e4r supergott, godare \u00e4n pasta t.o.m., och maten k\u00e4nns mycket roligare med dem. Du kan sj\u00e4lvklart ers\u00e4tta vanlig pasta med b\u00f6npasta<\/strong>, men dels s\u00e5 inneh\u00e5ller m\u00e5nga b\u00f6npasta-sorter fortfarande bara 50% b\u00f6nor (och resten vete etc\u2026) och m\u00e5nga best\u00e5r utav sojab\u00f6nor. Jod\u00e5, det finns pasta gjord p\u00e5 t.ex. 100% kik\u00e4rtor eller linser, vilket \u00e4r det b\u00e4sta alternativen enligt mig. Dock \u00e4r ju baljv\u00e4xter ganska sv\u00e5r-nedbrytbart, framf\u00f6rallt f\u00f6r personer med IBS, och n\u00e4r de har formats till pasta \u00e4r de ju inte heller bl\u00f6tlagda (ett viktigt steg f\u00f6r att bryta ned antinutrienter, l\u00e4s mer h\u00e4r<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Hur som helst – det \u00e4r toppen att det finns alternativ<\/strong> numera, oavsett om man v\u00e4ljer b\u00f6npasta, shirataki-nudlar eller gr\u00f6nsakspasta, men det sistn\u00e4mnda \u00e4r helt klart mitt favorit-substitut f\u00f6r vanlig pasta! F\u00f6r er som beh\u00f6ver h\u00e5lla koll p\u00e5 kalorier,<\/strong> eller som m\u00e5r b\u00e4st av l\u00e5gkolhydratskost<\/strong> \u2013 kolla n\u00e4ringsinneh\u00e5llet f\u00f6r zoodles och boodles s\u00e5 ser ni att det \u00e4r ganska s\u00e5 stor skillnad p\u00e5 dessa och vanlig pasta!<\/p>\n

Kanske har ni h\u00f6rt om zucchininudlar (s.k. zoodles \u2013 en ihopdragning av \u201dzucchini\u201d och \u201dnoodles\u201d), men det funkar ju faktiskt att g\u00f6ra pasta av flera olika gr\u00f6nsaker! H\u00e4r har ni mina favoriter: zoodles och boodles<\/strong> (zucchini- och butternutpumpa-nudlar!)<\/p>\n
