Steg 1 \u00e4r allts\u00e5 att b\u00f6rja laga mer fisk<\/strong>, minst 2 g\u00e5nger i veckan om vi ska f\u00f6lja de statliga kostr\u00e5den, men g\u00e4rna mer \u00e4n s\u00e5. N\u00e4r vi b\u00f6rjar f\u00e5 kl\u00e4m p\u00e5 det kan vi avancera till steg 2: att variera<\/strong> de fisksorter<\/strong> vi \u00e4ter. Kanske r\u00e5kar det vara s\u00e5 att du just nu v\u00e4xlar mellan lax och\u2026 torsk? F\u00f6rutom att odlad lax inte \u00e4r s\u00e5 sn\u00e4llt mot milj\u00f6n (d\u00e4rf\u00f6r v\u00e4ljer jag alltid pinklax), s\u00e5 bidrar v\u00e5r envishet med att alltid v\u00e4lja torsk till utfiske. Du beh\u00f6ver inte sluta med din favortfisk, bara variera dig!<\/p>\n

Denna r\u00e4tten funkar allts\u00e5 med vilken vit fisk som helst, s\u00e5 ett tips \u00e4r att v\u00e5ga k\u00f6pa f\u00e4rsk fisk<\/strong> fr\u00e5n fiskdisken! Sejfil\u00e9, eller kolja, \u00e4r t.ex. oftast inte s\u00e5 dyrt, och fisken blir ju sn\u00e4ppet godare f\u00e4rsk! (Men okej, jag har anv\u00e4nt kokospaneringen till frys-torsk \/alaska pollock – det blir gott det med, s\u00e5 k\u00f6r p\u00e5 vad du hittar!)<\/p>\n

Jag tycker personligen att fisk-recept kan beh\u00f6va lite mer sp\u00e4nnande\u00a0tillbeh\u00f6r<\/strong> f\u00f6r att det ska k\u00e4nnas som en rolig middag \u2013 fisk i sig smakar ju inte s\u00e5 himla mycket (f\u00f6rutom just fisk\/hav, vilket m\u00e5nga, tyv\u00e4rr, har lite sv\u00e5rt f\u00f6r). D\u00e4rf\u00f6r f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker jag alltid tills\u00e4tta extra mycket smak och ha tillbeh\u00f6r med olika konsistenser f\u00f6r att mina fiskr\u00e4tter ska k\u00e4nnas lika lyxiga som t.ex. k\u00f6ttrecept.<\/p>\n

I det h\u00e4r fallet f\u00e5r den kokospanerade fisken (v\u00e4rldens enklaste s\u00e4tt att f\u00e5 vit fisk att smaka godare!) s\u00e4llskap av en n\u00e4ringsrik coleslaw, avokado och torrostade mandlar.<\/strong> En perfekt balans mellan kr\u00e4mig avokado och mayo, och krispiga gr\u00f6nsaker och n\u00f6tter.
