Det h\u00e4r receptet \u00e4r f\u00f6r er som \u00e4r tr\u00f6tta p\u00e5 att alla frukost-recept inneh\u00e5ller \u00e4gg, eller som inte alls f\u00f6redrar varma, tillagade frukostar (som ju \u00e4r mer regel \u00e4n undantag inom t.ex. paleo-kosten). Dessutom \u00e4r den h\u00e4r smoothien ett superbra s\u00e4tt att f\u00e5 i sig lite mer gr\u00f6nsaker!<\/strong> Perfekt om du har en dag med lite mindre nyttigheter framf\u00f6r dig, eller om du kanske vill lura i n\u00e5gon som annars \u00e4r h\u00e4lso-skeptisk lite mer gr\u00f6nt…<\/p>\n

Vill du g\u00f6ra det \u00e4nnu snabbare kan du m\u00e5tta upp de torra ingredienserna dagen f\u00f6re (om du t.ex. v\u00e4ljer att ha i superfoods), l\u00e4gga i en liten burk, och sen snabbt sl\u00e4nga i p\u00e5 morgonen!<\/p>\n

Men \u2013 om man gillar att \u00e4ta smoothie till frukost \u00e4r det viktigt att inte gl\u00f6mma bort proteinet<\/strong>! Att starta dagen med tillr\u00e4ckligt med protein (och fett) \u00e4r n\u00e4mligen n\u00e5got vi b\u00f6r<\/em> g\u00f6ra f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 ett stabilt blodsocker efter frukosten. Jag har d\u00e4rf\u00f6r alltid i proteinpulver i mina smoothies. Vill man ha det \u00e4r det dock viktigt att v\u00e4lja ett bra<\/strong> pulver (vilket inte \u00e4r det l\u00e4ttaste, s\u00e5 kika in min guide till proteinpulver h\u00e4r<\/a>!)<\/p>\n

Vill ni skippa proteinpulvret<\/em> s\u00e5 kanske \u00e4gget smyger sig in igen \u00e4nd\u00e5 (\u00e4t d\u00e5 minst 2 \u00e4gg till f\u00f6r tillr\u00e4ckligt med protein!). Kokta om ni vill, eller s\u00e5 kanske ni sl\u00e4nger in ett av \u00e4ggen r\u00e5tt i den h\u00e4r smoothien (s\u00e4tter ingen smak och funkar j\u00e4ttebra, lovar!)<\/p>\n

N\u00e5got annat som \u00e4r viktigt f\u00f6r att smoothien ska k\u00e4nnas som en h\u00e5llbar, stabil frukost, \u00e4r tuggandet<\/strong>. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r f\u00f6respr\u00e5kar jag alltid smoothie-bowls<\/em> (d.v.s. smoothie som \u00e4ts i sk\u00e5l) framf\u00f6r att dricka sin smoothie. Jag tycker ocks\u00e5 att det \u00e4r smart att addera toppings<\/em>, och f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker v\u00e4lja s\u00e5dana som ger tuggmotst\u00e5nd, och tvingar oss att \u00e4ta lite l\u00e5ngsammare.<\/p>\n
