Sedan jag b\u00f6rjade \u00e4ta paleo, f\u00f6r drygt 5 \u00e5r sedan, blir jag V\u00c4LDIGT s\u00e4llan sjuk. Ett sammantr\u00e4ffande? Knappast\u2026<\/p>\n

V\u00e5rt immunf\u00f6rsvar p\u00e5verkas av hur vi lever<\/strong>: n\u00e4ringsrik mat st\u00e4rker immunf\u00f6rsvaret, n\u00e4ringsfattig mat kan skapa inflammation i kroppen. Tr\u00e4ning st\u00e4rker immunf\u00f6rsvaret l\u00e5ngsiktigt, s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge vi ser till att den \u00e5tf\u00f6ljs av \u00e5terh\u00e4mtning (i form av vila och tillr\u00e4ckligt med – bra – mat). F\u00f6r att inte gl\u00f6mma stresshantering, vilket \u00e4r a och o f\u00f6r immunf\u00f6rsvaret.<\/p>\n

S\u00e5, jag som \u00e4ter h\u00e4lsosamt f\u00f6r det mesta, och tr\u00e4nar regelbundet. Som st\u00e4ndigt jobbar med att hantera min stress genom yoga, kv\u00e4llsdagbok, prioriteringar m.m. Varf\u00f6r h\u00e4nder det d\u00e5 att \u00e4ven jag blir sjuk<\/em>, om \u00e4n mycket mer s\u00e4llan \u00e4n f\u00f6rut?<\/p>\n

Jo, f\u00f6r att jag inte alltid har den sista, kanske viktigaste \u00e5terh\u00e4mtnings-biten p\u00e5 plats. S\u00d6MN.\u00a0<\/strong>Det tillst\u00e5nd d\u00e4r v\u00e5rt immunf\u00f6rsvar till\u00e5ts vara som mest aktivt, d\u00e5 kroppen byggs upp, reparerar, kurerar. I perioder d\u00e5 jag sovit d\u00e5ligt, vilket berott p\u00e5 allt ifr\u00e5n f\u00f6r histaminrik mat, socker eller alkohol p\u00e5 kv\u00e4llen, ett varmt l\u00e4genhetshus, karpaltunnelsyndrom, tr\u00e4ning f\u00f6r sent p\u00e5 kv\u00e4llen, extrem stress, tidigt uppvaknande p.g.a ombyggnationer m.m., d\u00e5 \u00e5ker jag ofta p\u00e5 f\u00f6rkylningar. Om s\u00f6mnkvalit\u00e9n \u00e4r kass, r\u00e4cker det inte att man ligger i s\u00e4ngen i 8 timmar.<\/p>\n

Med det sagt \u2013 n\u00e4r jag har mina livsstilsvanor p\u00e5 plats, s\u00e5 brukar jag t.o.m. kunna umg\u00e5s ganska t\u00e4tt med f\u00f6rkylda personer utan att bli smittad. Men \u2013 i perioder d\u00e4r du inte riktigt f\u00e5tt till dina goda livsstilsvanor p\u00e5 alla omr\u00e5den\u2026 D\u00e5 \u00e4r samma saker som f\u00f6rebygger ocks\u00e5 det som kan behandla, eller \u00e5tminstone f\u00f6rkorta, f\u00f6rkylningen: bra mat, stresshantering, och framf\u00f6rallt: s\u00f6mn!<\/strong> (Tr\u00e4ning st\u00e4rker immunf\u00f6rsvaret l\u00e5ngsiktigt, men jag brukar f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka vila fr\u00e5n tr\u00e4ning tills jag k\u00e4nner mig kry igen: hellre en dags extra vila \u00e4n flera veckor med en l\u00e5ngdragen f\u00f6rkylning!)<\/p>\n

Den h\u00e4r, superenkla, drycken kan du dricka \u00e5ret runt<\/strong>\u00a0(bra mat kan ju som sagt agera f\u00f6rebyggande) men vid f\u00f6rkylning \u00e4r jag extra noga med att f\u00e5 i mig ett glas eller 2 av denna! Mycket ingredienser kan tyckas – men allt det d\u00e4r p\u00e5 bilden \u00e4r ju s\u00e5dant som \u00e4r bra att ha hemma oavsett, och som sagt – drick g\u00e4rna den h\u00e4r drycken varje dag f\u00f6r att st\u00e4rka ditt immunf\u00f6rsvar!<\/p>\n
