Egentligen \u00e4r jag ju anti alla dessa \u201dkanelbullens\/kladdkakans dag\u201d – beh\u00f6ver vi verkligen fler<\/strong> dagar att \u00e4ta socker p\u00e5? MEN \u2013 s\u00e5 ins\u00e5g jag att jag faktiskt inte hittat n\u00e5got bra substitut till kanelbullar (en utav f\u00e5 gluten-grejer som jag verkligen kan sakna ibland). De recept jag testat p\u00e5 paleo-kanelbullar har varit s\u00e5d\u00e4r<\/em>, enligt mig, med bullar som antingen \u00e4r lite h\u00e5rda, torra, eller mer amerikanska \u00e4n svenska. S\u00e5 lagom till kanelbullens dag i \u00e5r b\u00f6rjade jag fundera p\u00e5 om jag kunde hitta p\u00e5 ett eget recept…<\/p>\n

Det blev inte direkt bullar, men, genom att g\u00f6ra crepes som \u201ddeg\u201d<\/strong> kunde jag f\u00e5 snurrorna s\u00e5d\u00e4r mjuka som n\u00e4r riktiga kanelbullar \u00e4r nybakta, samtidigt som jag kunde ha i den kr\u00e4miga kanel-sm\u00f6rfyllningen\u2026\u00a0<\/strong>Se p\u00e5 bilderna nedan hur jag stekte crepesen f\u00f6r att sedan bre p\u00e5 fyllningen n\u00e4r de svalnat (och l\u00e4s receptet noga!)<\/p>\n

F\u00f6r dig som vill g\u00f6ra en lite snabbare, enklare variant av receptet s\u00e5 kan du ocks\u00e5:<\/p>\n

G\u00f6ra smeten och h\u00e4lla i en l\u00e5ngpanna med bakpl\u00e5tspapper, baka i ugnen p\u00e5 200 grader i 15-20 min, l\u00e5t svalna minst 15 min, och sm\u00f6r sedan p\u00e5 fyllningen. Du rullar sedan degen till en rulle och sk\u00e4r i bitar ca 15 bitar, precis som med vanliga kanelbullor. Snurrorna blir inte riktigt lika mjuka och saftiga d\u00e5, men helt ok som snabb-alternativ! V\u00e4ljer du detta alternativ – skippa steg 3-7 och 9-10!
